Niles Stuck joined A New Energy in 2022 adding his experience in traditional energy regulation and litigation. Niles has dedicated his professional life to helping clients navigate regulations and the courts.
Prior to joining ANE, Niles served as an Administrative Law Judge at the Oklahoma Corporation Commission in the oil and gas division. Since leaving the OCC, Niles developed a practice representing various stakeholders in the oil and gas industry, representing both plaintiffs and defendants at the OCC, across Oklahoma, and in Federal Court. At ANE, Niles expanded his practice to include all participants in the energy sector, including renewable energy developers.
The son of a chemical engineer and a petroleum geologist, Niles grew up on a family farm in the panhandle before moving to Stillwater when he was 10 years old. A graduate of Stillwater High School and Oklahoma State University, he studied literature in Ireland before attending law school at the University of Oklahoma.
Niles lives in Edmond with his wife, Anna, their children, and two dogs.
